The enrobing belt is 200 mm wide and features variable speed, traveling from 0.5 to 2 meters per minute,the food on the conveyor belt can go through the waterfall or curtain of the chocolate for fully or partly coating.Chocolate temperature is controlled by a sensitive digital thermostat with a one-tenth centigrade scale. Heating is achieved with a built in, fully electronic air circulation system.In this way,the chocolate enrober can create a consistent process that ensure the end product with consistent weight,uniform thickness and perfect finish.
The small chocolate enrober machine has 4 models with different melting tank capacity for customer to choose: PE8, PE15, PE30 and PE60. The PE15 Commercial chocolate enrobing machine tank capacity is 15kg chocolate per batch and 60kg per batch for PE60 chocolate enrober.There are two options for chocolate coating machine: 1. Chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel. 2. Chocolate coating machine with cooling fan conveyor. The size of the cooling tunnel is 3.2m long,which is much bigger compared to the fan cooling conveyor and can cool the chocolate liquid fast,but the choclate enrobing machine with cooling fan conveyor is mostly used in shops, kitchen or at home. The chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel is mainly designed for industrial purpose.
